It is common for government and private funding authorities to require that the books of a non-profit be audited by a certified public accountant. We can provide these audit services at a reasonable cost.

Private foundations afford those with a charitable intent the ability to form his or her own charity and contribute funds to the entity to carry out the charitable purposes. This allows for a charitable deduction for the contributor and further allows the contributor to control the use of the funds for charitable purposes. The law imposes significant restrictions on this type of entity. We can provide guidance in this area.
